Paradigm announces a partnership with the Iowa Pipeline Association (IPA) for 2019, expanding its Coordinated Response Exercise (CoRE) pipeline-safety programs throughout Iowa. Paradigm looks forward to continuing its relationship with the IPA and Iowa’s first responders and public officials across the state beginning next spring.
The contract with the IPA creates a partnership in which both entities can jointly focus their efforts on connecting with stakeholders through pipeline safety education. This collaboration benefits everyone involved by reducing competition for the stakeholders’ participation and combining the messages into one consistent program.
Paradigm will also oversee the IPA’s Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Programs (HSEEP).
Tim Friesen, Vice President of Paradigm Liaison Services, led the team which secured the partnership, establishing Paradigm as the primary meeting facilitator in Iowa for the first time since 2013.
Paradigm’s pipeline safety meetings specialize in audience interaction and involvement and are guided by an experienced training team led by former law-enforcement first responders Steve Roberts, Vice President of Training, and Director of Training Robert Soto.
