Paradigm Recruits New Trainers
Expanded industry partnerships created the opportunity for Paradigm to bring new instructors on board. We begin 2020 with 15 states hosting pipeline safety training. To accommodate this growth, we spent the fall recruiting new trainers to lead our 2020 programs.
New contract trainers have been secured to educate fellow first responders on pipeline safety. Monica Martinez-Jones and Julia Armendariz are retired New Mexico State Troopers; they are scheduled to start with Paradigm early next year. Also hired was Randy Novak, the former Bureau Chief for the Iowa Fire Service Training Bureau. He led programs in Iowa this fall.
Paradigm now has 21 contracted trainers in addition to full-time instructors Steve Roberts, Randall Duncan and Robert Soto.
All instructors will participate in the Train the Trainer program at Paradigm from Dec. 2-4.
